Refreshing and a great side dish for any braai, this goes brilliantly with meat, fish or just on it’s own
- 1 handful fresh parsley – chopped finely
- 1 Avocado – ( flesh only) – chopped
- 1 block feta cheese – cut into rough cubes
- 1 cucumber – chopped how you prefer
- ¼ red onion – chopped
- 1 pack cherry tomatoes – halved
- 8 twists fresh black pepper
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine
- Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Toss the salad ingredients together.
- Top with the black pepper.
